GFP Secures Dual Leases at The Film Center Building

GFP Real Estate Announces Leases for 630 Ninth Ave with Development Consulting Services and The Climate Museum.

FP Real Estate has signed two leases at 630 Ninth Ave., a 13-story office building in Hell's Kitchen. The total leased space is 5,441 square feet.

    Development Consulting Services, a New York-based firm specializing in development strategy consulting, extended its lease for 2,500 square feet on the ninth floor for five and a half years. Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, while Charles T. Gerace II of JLL represented the tenant. The company first occupied the building in 2019.

    The Climate Museum, a nonprofit focused on climate action through arts and cultural programming, signed a lease extension for 2,941 square feet of office space on the 10th floor. Matthew Mandell represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.

    Built in 1929 by Ely Kahn, 630 Ninth Ave. offers over 275,000 square feet of renovated office space. The building's Hell's Kitchen location provides easy access to dining options, transportation services, including the Port Authority Bus Terminal, and multiple subway lines.
