FP Real Estate is pleased to announce three lease transactions at 515 Madison Ave., a 42-story building in Manhattan's Plaza District. The deals total 11,037 square feet.

    MTN Capital Partners renewed its lease for 3,956 square feet on the 37th floor with a two-year extension. Martin McGrath and William Grover represented GFP Real Estate, while MTN Capital Partners represented itself. This is the company's third time leasing space in the building since 2012.

    Manhattan Sports Therapy signed a five-year lease for 3,125 square feet on the fourth floor. Martin McGrath and William Grover represented GFP Real Estate, with Allen Gurevich representing the tenant.

    Robert W. Berg, DMD, P.C., leased 3,956 square feet on the 39th floor for 16 years. Martin McGrath and William Grover represented GFP Real Estate, while Jesse Rubens of JLP Realty represented the tenant.

    515 Madison Ave. was built in 1932 as the DuMont Building and features a broadcasting antenna from its role in early television broadcasts. The building's lobby was renovated in 2009 to maintain its original architectural elements while modernizing for today's tenants. Located near Central Park, the building offers easy access to dining options, landmarks like Carnegie Hall, and convenient transportation via nearby subway lines.
