aniel Gonzalez, owner of Glamorous Life Cosmetic Surgery in Miami, has sold his oceanfront home at 469 Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach to Tahiti Beach Trust for $22 million. The trust, managed by Madiha Elkarni, financed the purchase with a $16.5 million mortgage from Amerant Bank. Gonzalez had bought the house just two years ago for $19 million from retired radio host Tom Joyner, who extensively renovated it before selling.
The 7,300-square-foot mansion features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a pool on its 0.3-acre lot. Built in 2007, the property was previously featured in Architectural Digest after Joyner's renovation. Gonzalez recently upsized to an even larger Golden Beach mansion at 299 Ocean Boulevard for $34 million.
Golden Beach has been a hotspot for luxury residential deals in recent years. In May, marketing CEO Gastón Taratuta bought an oceanfront teardown for $21 million, while a beauty mogul purchased a home on the Intracoastal Waterway for $15 million in March.
