In Winter Park, a 450-square-foot condo at Iron Horse Condo sold for $385,000. The seller was Jacob Fell and Antoinette Baccifell, while the buyer was Colton Pac and Lauren Hogan.
A 1,008-square-foot condo in Fraser's Divide at Forest Meadows sold for $510,000. Danielle Dresch was the seller, with Steven Pederson as the buyer.
In Granby, a 3,466-square-foot single-family residence on Marble Road sold for $750,000. Brenda Bolei was the seller, while Danielle and Stewart Dresch Jr. were the buyers.
Other notable sales included a 2,332-square-foot home in Fraser that sold for $1,120,000, as well as a 0.979-acre parcel of vacant land in Granby that sold for $144,044 to Grand County Pet Pals.
A 851-square-foot condo at Iron Horse Condo also changed hands, selling for $550,000 from Winter Park Hideaway LLC to Jacob Fell and Antoinette Bacci Fell.
In Fraser, a 2.012-acre parcel of vacant land sold for $325,000, while a 1,744-square-foot residence on Harbert Subex sold for $850,000.
A 481 4th Street home in Granby sold for $699,000, and a 743 GCR 516 property in Tabernash sold for $270,000. A 116 River Run Circle home in Fraser sold for $1,491,650, while a 130 GCR 8341 property in Fraser sold for $750,000.
Other sales included a 110 Wistlestop Circle home that sold for $1,365,000 and a 4864 GCR 3701 parcel of vacant land that sold for $100,000. A 96 GCR 5002B property in Fraser sold for $3,436,700, while a 1996 Pioneer Trail parcel of vacant land sold for $700,000.
A North Woods Place lot in Winter Park sold for $2,917,031, and a 3048 GCR 511 property in Fraser sold for $2,300,000. A 57 Balsam Drive home in Winter Park sold for $1,685,000, while a 1605 Central Avenue home in Kremmling sold for $635,000.
