A 1,008-square-foot condo in Fraser's Divide at Forest Meadows sold for $510,000. Danielle Dresch was the seller, with Steven Pederson as the buyer.
In Granby, a 3,466-square-foot single-family residence on Marble Road sold for $750,000. Brenda Bolei was the seller, while Danielle and Stewart Dresch Jr. were the buyers.
Other notable sales included a 2,332-square-foot home in Fraser that sold for $1,120,000, as well as a 0.979-acre parcel of vacant land in Granby that sold for $144,044 to Grand County Pet Pals.
