eal estate transactions totaled $26,893,500 across 27 sales from December 8 to 14. Notable deals included:

    Winter Park's Headwaters Condominiums Unit 307 sold for $895,000 to Jennifer Chergo and John Aguilar.

    A 1,539-square-foot single-family residence in Granby sold for $580,000 to Mohammad and Sharon Ardehalifard.

    In Kremmling, a 2,032-square-foot three-bedroom home sold for $465,000 to Colleen Toth and Cole Knutson.

    Other significant transactions included:

    A 991-square-foot building on US Highway 40 in Granby sold for $1,025,000 to GRCO LLC.

    Fraser's Elk Creek Condominiums at Grand Park saw a sale of a 1,042-square-foot residence for $803,250 to Rhiannon and Jeffrey Bolen.

    Additional sales included:

    A 36.37-acre dry graze land in Grand Lake sold for $1,695,000 to Tuttle Development Main Street LLC.

    In Granby, a 3,856-square-foot four-bedroom home sold for $700,000 to MJG Co LLC.

    Winter Park's Beaver Village saw the sale of a 1,010-square-foot condo for $624,000 to Thomas and Megan Kelsey.

    Other notable sales included:

    A 2.007-acre vacant residential land in Fraser sold for $325,000 to Katarina Vukovich.

    Parshall saw the sale of a 4,926-square-foot residence on 48.94 acres of agricultural land for $1,500,000 to Tiffany and James Lynch III.

    The list also included:

    A 5,440-square-foot duplex in Winter Park sold for $1,309,750 to Benjamin Kaplan and Lauren Searcy.

    Fraser's Headwaters Condominiums Unit 405 sold for $1,300,000 to Brent Hoffart.

    Winter Park's 682 Forest Trail saw the sale of a 4,734-square-foot single-family residence for $1,795,000 to Timothy Smith.

    Other significant sales included:

    A 6,653-square-foot single-family residence in Fraser sold for $2,200,000 to Warberg Family Trust.

    The list also included:
