aag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development is expanding its presence in Northwest Arkansas with a new office set to open on August 4, 2025. The company has been actively involved in the region for nearly a decade through various brokerage and development projects.

    Co-founder Joshua Brown will oversee the new Bentonville office while continuing to work on projects in Northeast Arkansas. He cited the growing interests of clients from Northeast Arkansas who have expansion plans in Northwest Arkansas as a key reason for the move.

    "This allows us to serve those needs directly and advance our long-term goals in the region," said Brown. Co-founder Greg Haag added that opening a second office is a natural extension of their existing operations, enabling them to serve clients more efficiently across both regions.

    Marketing Director MaryKate Reid has relocated from Jonesboro to lead branding and communications efforts for both markets, while Asset Manager Will Doggett will assist in managing regional assets from the new location. Brown emphasized the importance of having a strong local presence with staff who understand the company culture and have proven themselves in the Jonesboro office.
