or under $200,000, you can own a two-bedroom home in Westhampton Beach's Suffolk Pines Mobile Home Park. This vintage 1999 single-wide boasts 700 square feet of warm wood paneling and retro fixtures that remain unchanged since its arrival. At $185,000, it's the least expensive listing in the region, which has long been a summer playground for the wealthy and famous.
"It's proof that affordable Hamptons living is still possible," says Douglas Elliman agent Viviana Smith. The home features two bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and one bathroom, but could use some TLC to update its outdated color palette and worn-out carpet.
Just an hour's drive away from Montauk Shores, where similarly sized homes list in the millions, this trailer offers a glimpse into the potential of Westhampton Beach. Located west of the Shinnecock canal, Westhampton is considered a lower-status Hamptons locale than communities like Sagaponack or East Hampton, but prices have climbed competitively in recent years.
The home last listed for $300,000 in April 2024, but was delisted after just two days. It's now available off Montauk Highway, within a seven-minute drive to Rogers Beach and under an hour from Midtown Manhattan.
