This milestone marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the company as these talented individuals join forces with seasoned leaders to drive future success.
Among them is Christina Essom, a Project Surveyor who has been instrumental in shaping Hancock's CAD Standards through her work on the Emerging Professionals Group and CAD Committee. Her dedication has earned her multiple awards from the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors & Civil Engineers (MALSCE).
Jeff LeBeau, P.E., brings nearly 30 years of industry expertise to his role as Senior Project Manager at Sherman & Frydryk, a division of Hancock in Palmer, MA. His extensive experience and licensure in MA and CT make him an invaluable asset to the team.
Jake Lemieux, P.E., joined Hancock in 2015 and has since become a skilled Project Manager with a focus on site design and project management. His nine years of experience in land development have equipped him with a deep understanding of complex projects.
Joe Levasseur, P.L.S, E.I.T., is a Survey Project Manager with over seven years of industry experience under his belt. As a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in MA, he oversees CAD operations and GPS automation, while also mentoring younger staff members through the Emerging Professionals Group.
Joanne O'Connell, SHRM-CP, has spent over 30 years cultivating her expertise as Vice President and Director of Administrative Services & Human Resources at Hancock. Her broad knowledge encompasses all aspects of administrative support, human resources, and team management.
Joe Peznola, P.E., is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience in land development. As Vice President and Director of Engineering, he oversees engineering operations across all Hancock locations, providing strategic planning, resource coordination, business development, and technical quality control.
Jay Polakiewicz, P.E., rounds out the group as an Engineering Project Manager with seven years of industry experience. His expertise in high-profile development projects has earned him a reputation as a skilled engineer and project manager.
