ondo sales and dollar volume declined in Broward County last week. From October 20th to 27th, brokers closed 98 condo sales totaling $29.7 million, down from the previous week's 111 sales worth $33.5 million. The average sale price rose slightly to $303,409, up from $302,175 the prior week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $277 from $276.
The top 10 sales ranged from $592,500 to $1.8 million. Unit 201 at 45 Hendricks Isle in Fort Lauderdale led with a $1.8 million closing, or $604 per square foot after 120 days on the market. Natacha Bednarczyk of Redfin handled both sides of the deal.
