Hilton Realty Expands into Palm Beach Amid Sizzling Market Growth

Barron Hilton brings Hilton Hilton brokerage to Palm Beach's Worth Avenue.

B
arron Hilton is expanding his family's brokerage, Hilton Hilton, to Palm Beach, with plans to establish a presence on Worth Avenue. As the fourth generation of the Hilton dynasty, Barron is following in his father Rick's footsteps, who co-founded the Beverly Hills-based firm Hilton & Hyland. Sources and business records indicate that Barron has registered a Florida entity, Hilton Hilton Palm Beach, and is in the process of obtaining a license to operate in the state.

Barron and his wife Tessa, daughter of German Count Franz Walderdorff, will serve as co-CEOs of the new office. The couple's expansion into Palm Beach marks the brokerage's second location after Beverly Hills and its first on the East Coast. With this move, the Hiltons join a growing number of brokerages seeking to establish themselves in the luxury market on the island.

Palm Beach has experienced significant growth since the pandemic, with trophy deals exceeding $50 million becoming increasingly common. The island has become an epicenter for high-end real estate transactions, with two sales over $100 million reported this year alone. To succeed in the Palm Beach brokerage business, attracting top agents is key, according to industry insiders.

David Fite, a local agent with C-suite experience, has joined Hilton Hilton's efforts in Palm Beach. Fite previously worked at Corcoran Group and Douglas Elliman before launching his own brokerage, which he later merged with William Raveis Real Estate. Compass agent Chris Deitz revealed that the Hiltons had approached him to join their firm but declined, citing a commitment to Compass.
