A notable achievement is my role in redeveloping Pompano Park Racing into The Pomp, a 232-acre mixed-use destination with up to 4,100 residential units, Harrah's Casino, and significant commercial space. I also served as land use counsel for the $666 million Prospect Lake Clean Water Center, addressing critical water quality issues in Fort Lauderdale.
Additionally, I secured approvals for Baptist Health South Florida's first hospital in Broward County, a $500 million facility that fills a pressing healthcare gap. My dedication to giving back extends beyond my professional work, as I've mentored young professionals and provided pro bono land use services to the community.
As Chair-Elect Designate of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, I led a delegation of leaders to Washington, DC for the Florida Power & Light Washington Summit in 2024.
