omeServices of America has appointed Renee Gonzales, CEO of Long Realty, as vice president of Core Services Integrations. This newly created role aims to strengthen operational alignment and drive growth across the company's national network. Gonzales will continue to lead Long Realty while working closely with other brokerage leaders and core service teams to enhance adoption of mortgage, title, and insurance services.

Gonzales brings a strong track record of performance and partnership to her new role, according to HomeServices President and CEO Chris Kelly. He noted that her leadership reflects the type of thoughtful strategy needed to deliver a seamless experience for consumers. Gonzales sees this opportunity as a chance to lead the industry and create value by empowering agents, aligning strategy, and building relationships.

This appointment is one of several recent leadership changes at HomeServices since Kelly took over in April. Nationwide Mortgage Bankers (NMB) has also made a key hire, naming Chris Allen as its new chief culture officer. This move reflects NMB's commitment to prioritizing people within the company culture.

Allen previously served as chief talent officer at Movement Mortgage, where he helped scale the company and earned recognition for creating a purpose-driven culture. At NMB, he will collaborate with senior leaders to drive leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational alignment efforts. He will also spearhead the NMB Leadership Academy, focusing on establishing a unified operating system and clear performance goals.
