    HomeSmart, the Scottsdale‑based franchisor, announced Stacey Onnen as its new president. Onnen brings 20+ years in real estate, having led Keller Williams’ national initiative, served as eXp Realty president, and held senior roles at RealtyONE Group. She began as an agent, later owning a brokerage and a real‑estate school. “Stacey’s operational expertise will accelerate our platform growth and support agents and franchise partners,” said founder and CEO Matt Widdows.

    **MBA COO Marcia Davies retires; leadership reshuffle**

    Marcia Davies, MBA’s COO since 2014, will retire end‑of‑year. A former HUD and Freddie Mac executive, Davies helped restore financial stability to the association and launched mPower, a women‑in‑finance network.
