ouseBell, a Singapore‑based real‑estate tech firm, has launched a revamped mobile app that supports both English and Chinese. The bilingual interface is designed to serve Singapore’s expanding property market, catering to local buyers and the growing number of Chinese investors and renters looking abroad.
The launch comes amid sustained foreign interest in Singapore’s real estate, with the Urban Redevelopment Authority reporting that Chinese buyers remain the largest group of overseas purchasers in 2024. HouseBell’s new app removes language barriers, letting users view listings, compare prices, and contact agents in either language.
Key features include advanced search filters for price, property type, neighbourhood, public transport links, nearby schools, and medical facilities, giving users clear, up‑to‑date information for better decision‑making.
“Singapore’s housing market is becoming increasingly global,” said K. Tang, HouseBell’s Marketing Director. “Our bilingual app makes property searches more inclusive, accessible, and transparent for both local and international buyers, linking Singapore’s opportunities with the world.”
The app is free on iOS and Android, allowing on‑the‑go exploration of Singapore’s real estate.
About HouseBell: The platform lists HDBs, condominiums, and landed homes, supported by teams in Singapore and China that blend local market knowledge with international perspective.
