rithik Roshan's luxury property in Juhu, Mumbai, has been rented out to his girlfriend Saba Grewal (Azad) for ₹75,000 a month. The property, located on the 18th and 19th-20th floors of Mannat Apartments, spans 12,000 sq ft and was purchased by Roshan in October 2020 for ₹97.5 crore. Typically, rents for a similar 3-BHK apartment in the area range between ₹1 lakh and ₹2 lakh per month.

    The leave and license agreement dated August 4, 2025, shows that a deposit of ₹1.25 lakh was paid. Roshan could not be reached for comment on this transaction. In 2020, he purchased the units from builder Samir Bhojwani, executing two registration documents.

    Tax experts suggest that renting an apartment can offset tax payable on more than two self-occupied homes. Aditya Zantye, a Mumbai-based chartered accountant, said that instead of keeping additional properties vacant, it is better to rent them out. The Roshans have been involved in several property transactions, including selling three residential apartments in Andheri for ₹6.75 crore and renting commercial spaces in Mumbai and Pune.
