rolman Realty, Inc. has announced the sale of a commercial property at 11 Executive Drive in Hudson, NH to W.H. Bagshaw Co., Inc. This significant acquisition marks a major expansion for the long-standing precision manufacturing firm.

    The transaction was facilitated by Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, who represented the buyer, while Nick Biedron and John Harris of Binswanger represented the seller, Semikron Danfoss, Inc. The property encompasses 55,595 square feet across two buildings on 5.01 acres.

    W.H. Bagshaw Co. plans to utilize the front building for precision component manufacturing using CNC equipment, serving industries such as medical, aerospace, defense, and high technology. Founded in 1870, W.H. Bagshaw is one of the oldest precision manufacturing companies in the US and continues to grow through strategic property acquisitions.

    Financing for the $6.8 million purchase was provided by Enterprise Bank, with Deb Novotny and Peter Rayno leading the effort. Attorney Kelly Shanahan of Dalton & Finegold, LLP handled legal counsel and closing services, while the transaction was recorded with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds.
