T
he "Breaking Bad" house is up for sale at a whopping $4 million, and it's not because the owners are looking to cash in on its fame. In fact, current resident Joanne Quintana has had enough of fans flocking to her quiet neighborhood to catch a glimpse of the iconic TV home.
Quintana grew up in the house with her parents when filming first began in 2006, and she initially enjoyed the excitement of having Hollywood stars like Bryan Cranston and Anna Gunn on her doorstep. However, things took a turn for the worse as fans started showing up to take photos and leave unwanted gifts.
The situation became so out of hand that Quintana's family even received a suspicious package addressed to "Walter White" at 4:30 am one morning, prompting them to call the bomb squad. A fence was erected, but it didn't deter the die-hard fans from driving by and gawking.
Quintana has had enough of the attention, which is why she's asking $4 million for the house - a staggering price in a neighborhood where the median home value is just $400,000. "This was our family home for almost 52 years," she said. "It's time to move on."
