Dozens of leases were signed across Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and other locations. Notable transactions include:
* Mo'Bettahs leased 4,876 square feet at 705 Yellowstone Avenue in Pocatello.
* UPSHIFT Online renewed a lease on 2,160 square feet of industrial space in Eagle Industrial Center.
* Server Technology Group leased 1,775 square feet of office space in Lakeharbor, Boise.
* EERO, LLC leased 10,865 square feet of office space in the Banner Bank Building, Boise.
Other notable deals include:
* Preece Enterprises leased 3,971 square feet of industrial space in Meridian.
* Idaho Life, LLC leased 3,403 square feet at 1861 S Wells Avenue in Meridian.
* Cordova Outdoors, LLC leased 620 square feet at 3023 E Copper Point Drive in Meridian.
* Carpet 911, Inc. leased 2,000 square feet at 1309 N 39th Street in Nampa.
KB Home Idaho purchased over 1 million square feet of land in Kuna, while Pacific Golf and Turf leased 8,740 square feet of retail space in Boise. Squires purchased 28,599 square feet of retail space in Boise, and Explore Wellness extended a lease on 1,710 square feet of office space in Boise.
Tates Rent leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space in Twin Falls, while Kurt Mason purchased 3,853 square feet of office space in Boise. Eagle Financial purchased 12,501 square feet of office space in Twin Falls, and Four Pillars Research leased 2,115 square feet of office space in the 9th & Idaho Center.
Idaho Fireplace and Chimney leased 2,280 square feet of industrial space in Garden City, while David and Lisa Meltzer purchased a property in Meridian. TOK Commercial leased 1,000 square feet of industrial space in Boise, and Blue Gander renewed a lease on 2,625 square feet of industrial space in Flex Work Space.
Adayha Marketing renewed a lease on 2,080 square feet of industrial space in the Centurion Building, while Universal Fasteners and Supply leased 4,570 square feet of industrial space in Boise. Silver Rock Resources leased 4,235 square feet of retail space in Council.
