Idaho Commercial Real Estate Transactions Complete in April

Idaho's commercial real estate market saw significant activity in April, with deals in Boise, Meridian, Nampa and beyond.

aising Cane's has acquired land in Twin Falls and Meridian for new locations. The State of Idaho purchased and renewed leases on key facilities, while Litster Frost Injury Lawyers leased nearly 9,500 sq ft in Meridian.

    Fatbeam and Mesa Systems secured large industrial spaces in Nampa and Boise. Martin Motorsports renewed a lease on 1,440 square feet of industrial space in Eagle, represented by TOK Commercial. Hala, LLC, leased 1,612 square feet of office space in The Village at Meridian, also represented by TOK Commercial.

    Idaho Land Advisors leased 2,190 square feet of office space in The Village at Meridian, with Al Marino representing the landlord and Tyler Johnson representing the tenant. Fleet Clean USA leased 5,437 square feet of industrial space in Meridian, represented by TOK Commercial.

    The State of Idaho purchased 1090 E Watertower Street in Meridian, represented by TOK Commercial. LesBois Neurology leased 1,574 square feet of space at 9050 W Overland Road in Boise, represented by The Sundance Company.

    Litster Frost Injury Lawyers leased 9,481 square feet at 1097 N Rosario Street in Meridian, with TOK Commercial representing the landlord and Tenant Realty Advisors representing the tenant. An undisclosed buyer purchased the former Rite Aid building in Boise, represented by Summit Commercial Real Estate Group.

    2032 Highland, LLC, purchased 17,270 square feet in Twin Falls, represented by Cushman & Wakefield and Lee & Associates. Vive Ut Vivas leased 4,200 square feet of retail space in Eagle, represented by Colliers Paragon.

    Idaho Puppy leased 2,250 square feet of retail space in Nampa, facilitated by Colliers Paragon. Highlander Contracting and Design, and Boise Builders ENT Inc leased 2,992 square feet of industrial space in Nampa, also facilitated by Colliers Paragon.

    Fatbeam leased 21,780 square feet of industrial space in Nampa, represented by Colliers Paragon. Oxarc renewed a lease on 6,610 square feet of industrial space in Nampa, represented by Colliers Paragon.

    The City of Boise purchased 0.66 acres of land at 2009 N Fry Street, represented by Colliers Paragon and Coldwell Banker. Floor and Décor Outlets purchased 5.38 acres of land in Eagle, represented by Colliers Paragon and TOK Commercial.

    TMII Enterprises leased 800 square feet of industrial space in Nampa, represented by CBRE and Colliers Paragon. Mesa Systems leased 36,874 square feet of industrial space in Boise, represented by Colliers Paragon.

    Wolfe Financial Asset Management leased 1,758 square feet of office space in Meridian, facilitated by Colliers Paragon. Vital Cell Health leased 1,284 square feet of retail space in Boise, represented by Lee & Associates and Colliers Paragon.

    SRRG 2 leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Rexburg, facilitated by Colliers Paragon. Shave and a Haircut leased 1,485 square feet of retail space in Meridian, represented by Colliers Paragon.

    Aguirre Family Trust purchased 1,195 square feet in Boise, represented by Stark Accelerators Commercial Real Estate and Homes of Idaho. Dylan Cameron leased 844 square feet of space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial and Stark Accelerators Commercial Real Estate.

    Stark Accelerators Commercial Real Estate leased 616 square feet of space in the Lakeharbor building in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial. Lovejoy's Ice Cream leased 3,600 square feet of retail space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial.

    H&R Block renewed a lease on 1,200 square feet of retail space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial and Cushman & Wakefield US Inc. Intermountain Recovery renewed a lease on 10,000 square feet of industrial space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial.

    Slice House leased 2,558 square feet of retail space in Meridian, represented by TOK Commercial. Pioneer Shores Company purchased the property at 915 12th Avenue in Nampa, represented by TOK Commercial and Bullock & Company Realtors.

    The State of Idaho renewed a lease on 15,460 square feet of industrial space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial. Mantle Clothing leased 1,300 square feet of industrial space in Garden City, facilitated by TOK Commercial.

    24 Hour Towing & Recovery renewed a lease on 10,000 square feet of industrial space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial. Blackwood Décor renewed a lease on 1,740 square feet of industrial space in Nampa, represented by TOK Commercial.

    Capitol Copy & Print renewed a lease on 2,868 square feet of industrial space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial. Rojas Company renewed a lease on 1,040 square feet of industrial space in Boise, represented by TOK Commercial.
