IDAHO FALLS — Commercial real estate developer wins Seat 2 runoff after no seven candidates hit 50% in November.

lifelong Idaho Falls resident and local commercial real‑estate developer secured Seat 2 on the city council in the runoff, after no candidate achieved 50% in the November vote. Brandon Lee captured 6,899 votes (59.5%) versus Teresa Dominick’s 4,695 (40.5%). In the initial round, Lee had 3,671 votes (33.1%) and Dominick 2,276 (20.5%). The runoff followed a crowded field of seven candidates who failed to secure a majority. EastIdahoNews.com asked Lee for comment; no reply yet.
