ark Cumbest, a seasoned realtor in South Mississippi, recently celebrated 50 years in the industry. As owner of Cumbest Realty, he specializes in commercial, land, and industrial properties across the region. "My forte is helping clients buy or sell large tracts of land," Cumbest explained.

    Cumbest's journey into real estate began unexpectedly during his college days at Southern Miss. He switched from a general business major to one focused on real estate and insurance, passing his real estate salesman's exam in 1974. After graduating and obtaining his brokerage license, he quickly made a name for himself with several high-profile sales.

    Throughout his career, Cumbest has sold over 40,000 acres of land, earning numerous accolades along the way. He attributes his success to hard work, dedication, and a strong desire to make a lasting impact. "I set goals, achieve them, and often exceed expectations," he said.
