nside Real Estate has acquired ListAssist, a startup that offers AI-enhanced search and image automation. The acquisition will "unlock a new world of data and insights" for BoldTrail users, allowing agents to create stronger connections with consumers through enhanced search information. ListAssist's technology also automates listing descriptions, generating SEO-optimized content by analyzing images.
"We're incredibly excited to join Inside Real Estate," said Chris McGoldrick, founder of ListAssist. The company has secured significant partnerships, including a deal with Howard Hanna last fall.
RealScout is now offering its "Exclusives" platform to brokerages, giving them more control over how listings are managed and distributed. RealScout's technology continuously analyzes buyer behavior to provide automatic updates. "Whether brokerages decide to engage with exclusive listings or not, they need to be prepared," said Andrew Flachner, CEO of RealScout.
RealScout has a proven track record, dating back to 2019. Hoby Hanna, CEO of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, praised the platform for matching both exclusive and new inventory to buyer clients in real time, creating exposure and urgency.
Other tech news includes Redfin's addition of dark mode to its iOS app, Trackxi offering a free CRM on its patent-pending platform, and HomeVision teaming up with Restb.ai to enhance appraisal accuracy and streamline valuation workflows.
