sla Fisher has pulled her Woollahra apartment from auction and dropped its price guidance, just six months after splitting from husband Sacha Baron Cohen. The two-bedroom Art Deco apartment on Wallis and Ocean St was initially listed for $1m but is now expected to sell for around $900,000.
Fisher bought the property in 1995 while working on Home & Away as Shannon Reed. She has since rented it out as an investment, with a forecast estimated rental return of $820 per week. The apartment's median price sits at $1,351,000, up 10% over the past year.
The listing comes after Fisher and Baron Cohen announced their divorce in April last year. They own a seven-bedroom home in Laurel Canyon, which they bought to escape tourists and paparazzi. Fisher has expressed a desire to move to Byron Bay, but for now, her Sydney apartment remains on the market with reduced expectations.
