RG Real Estate proudly announces that Jayme Presley, Vice President of Asset Management, has been selected as the 2025 Grace Hill Impact Hero Award winner. The award, given annually to real‑estate professionals who make a lasting community impact, chose Jayme from more than 240 nominees for her exemplary leadership, philanthropy, and volunteer work.

    Jayme received the honor at the Grace Hill Performance Summit in Fort Worth, Texas. As part of the award, Grace Hill will donate $3,500 to Kaizen Adaptive Training, a nonprofit that offers fitness and wellness programs for adaptive athletes—a cause Jayme has long championed for its focus on inclusivity, strength, and resilience.

    Since joining PRG in 2010 after earning a B.S. in Business from Virginia Tech, Jayme has risen from on‑site management to senior leadership. She became Regional Director in 2016, Director of Asset Management in 2020, and Vice President in 2024. Jayme holds CAM and CAPS certifications, serves on VAMA and NAA committees, and volunteers with multiple charities. Her prior accolades include the 2020 VAMA Corporate Employee of the Year Award and PRG’s 2024 Spirit Award.

    The Grace Hill Impact Hero Award, established by Grace Hill, recognizes professionals who exceed their job duties through volunteerism, philanthropy, and community engagement. Jayme’s recognition underscores both her personal dedication and PRG’s ongoing commitment to giving back.
