Randall Emmett, a film producer and television personality, has finally found a buyer for his Los Angeles compound. Emmett, who has worked with Martin Scorsese on his 2019 gangster epic "The Irishman," initially listed his Bel Air abode in May 2022 for $6.3 million. The price was later reduced to $4.37 million after being taken off the market and then relisted last spring for $4.9 million.

The deal was closed on Wednesday, with the buyer, an older businessman from Beverly Hills, paying $25,000 under ask, or $4.35 million. The property spans more than 4,200 square feet and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a separate tub and shower, dual sinks, and a terrace overlooking the pool.

The gated residence has a custom pickleball court, a pool, a built-in grill, and a lounge area. The kitchen is spacious and attached to a family room. The property is located on a semi-private road off of Mulholland with gorgeous canyon views of Bel Air and a peekaboo view of the Pacific Ocean. The home is surrounded by a wall for added privacy, and most rooms have high ceilings that make the house feel even larger.

David Kessler of Coldwell Banker held the listing and has been Emmett's real estate agent for decades. He notes that this property is unique due to its location and views. The transaction was reported to have gone very well for all parties involved.
