At the helm is Andre Liscinsky, a top-producing agent and mentor who will now lead the team. According to Coldwell Banker, former leader Jeff Taylor decided to scale back his operations and return to working solo.

    Liscinsky expressed enthusiasm for leading the team, stating he's honored to work with such driven professionals and eager to expand their presence in metro Atlanta. The Liscinsky Realty Group operates out of Coldwell Banker's Intown Atlanta office, boasting a team of 12 real estate experts, including three recent additions. Their service area encompasses Intown Atlanta, Alpharetta, Cherokee County, and Gwinnett County. Over the past two years, the team has achieved impressive sales figures, exceeding $130 million in transactions.
