iami Heat star Jimmy Butler is renting an 8,500-square-foot, five-bedroom mansion on Hibiscus Island for over $70,000 per month. The luxurious home, built in 2001, features stunning waterfront views and boasts a total of eight bedrooms across its expansive property. Butler recently sold his 6,148-square-foot, six-bedroom house near South Miami and Coral Gables for $8.3 million.

Butler signed a four-year, $184 million contract extension with the Heat in 2021 and still has $49 million left on his contract for this season, according to ESPN.
