LL Capital Markets has strengthened its Boston office with the addition of Tom Hovey as Director to its Northeast Industrial Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team.
"We're thrilled to welcome Tom to our team," said Chris Angelone, Senior Managing Director and Boston Office Co-Head at JLL. "This move represents a significant step in growing JLL's industrial presence in the region."
Hovey joins forces with Michael Restivo, David Coffman, Lenny Pierce, and Ali Howard on the Boston Industrial Capital Markets team, which is part of the broader Northeast Logistics team led by John Huguenard.
"I'm excited to join JLL's Boston Industrial Capital Markets team and contribute to its growth in the Northeast," said Hovey. "The industrial sector is experiencing significant momentum, and I look forward to leveraging my experience and JLL's resources to deliver exceptional value to our clients."
Hovey brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Atlantic Capital Partners and CBRE, where he led teams and provided leasing and sale advisory services in the Greater Boston Suburban market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University.
"We're confident that Tom's skill set will enhance our ability to serve clients and provide them with exceptional industrial opportunities," said Michael Restivo, Managing Director at JLL.
