oe Jonas has been house hunting in Brooklyn's trendy Greenpoint neighborhood, where he recently toured a $5.65 million penthouse triplex at 584 Leonard St. The three-story residence boasts four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and two levels of outdoor space across its 3,102 square feet.
Located in the NOMAC area (North of McCarren Park), where North Williamsburg and Greenpoint meet, the property features a 30-foot atrium, oak floors, and ceilings up to 10 feet. The main floor includes a primary bedroom suite with garden views, while the second floor has a family room/media lounge with Manhattan skyline views.
The top floor boasts a 1,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and panoramic views. Jonas is reportedly looking for a larger space to accommodate his two young daughters, having recently purchased a $6.7 million apartment in Dumbo's Olympia building last May.
Common charges at the Leonard Street residence are $1,740 per month. The listing brokers are Yuval Vidal and Leonard Steinberg of Compass. Meanwhile, Jonas' former bachelor pad at 199 Mott St. in Manhattan has been relisted for $5.99 million after selling for $5.3 million last year.
