RAINTREE, MA - The Peabody Companies recently announced the appointment of John Devane as their new facilities manager/capital planning. In this role, Devane works closely with the facilities director to oversee the planning and execution of capital projects across a diverse range of properties. He is responsible for managing all stages of projects, including initial planning, bidding, construction management, and project closeout.

    In addition to his capital planning duties, Devane also plays a crucial role in National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) preparedness. He conducts comprehensive building inspections, develops quality management protocols, and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.

    Devane's appointment marks a return to the Peabody Companies for him, as he originally joined in November of 2015 and left in January of 2021. "We are thrilled to have John back on our team as facilities manager," said Mark Dubos, facilities director at the Peabody Companies. "With his extensive knowledge of NSPIRE regulations, he will be able to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our property managers and senior leaders."
