osh Flagg, a Compass agent and star of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles," has entered into contract to purchase the Trousdale Estates home of singer-songwriter Charlie Puth. The off-market deal was negotiated by Flagg himself, according to sources. The sale price remains undisclosed.
Puth originally listed the 4,439-square-foot Mid-Century Modern home at 1875 Carla Ridge in Beverly Hills for nearly $17 million in November 2023, but reduced the asking price several times before pulling it from the market in July with a listing price of just under $11 million. The property was built by architect Rex Lotery in 1965 and has historical significance as a gathering place for President Ronald Reagan's advisers.
Flagg currently resides on Strada Corta Road in Bel-Air, but this potential purchase would add another notable property to his portfolio. He has previously bought and sold several properties in Los Angeles, including a Beverly Hills home he purchased for $6 million in 2018 and sold for $8.1 million two years later. Flagg is also reportedly eyeing multiple properties in New York with his father Michael Flagg.
