.P. Morgan Asset Management has strengthened its real estate business by appointing Chad Tredway as Global Head of Real Estate, unifying the firm's global real estate offering and expanding access to its capabilities.

    Tredway brings a proven track record in managing real estate assets for retail and institutional clients, having previously held senior roles at J.P. Morgan and founded Trio Investment Group, a boutique real estate investment management firm acquired by J.P. Morgan Asset Management in 2024.

    The real estate market presents an attractive entry point for investors due to relatively low property prices, offering a unique opportunity for value appreciation. As the market dynamics shift, J.P. Morgan Asset Management is well-positioned to guide clients through these changes, leveraging its expertise and global resources to identify opportunities in this promising sector.

He will continue to report to Laskowitz and work closely with David Chen, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Real Estate APAC, and Michael Ramm, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Real Estate Europe.
