K
elly Dodd, a former star of "Real Housewives of Orange County," and her husband Rick Leventhal, a former Fox News reporter, have sold their Westhampton home for $1.16 million. The couple, now based in Southern California, decided to part with the property due to its distance from their current location.
The house held sentimental value as it's where Leventhal and Dodd first met in 2019 during a summer barbecue. They previously rented out the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home on Airbnb for $27,000 per month. The property boasts an open floor plan, beachy vibes, and a resort-style backyard with a heated pool, oversized deck, and outdoor bar.
A rooftop deck offers stunning views of Moriches Bay, which is just 600 feet away. Inside, the primary ensuite has direct access to the backyard deck, and a unique feature is the mint green- and pink-painted covered entryway with picnic table seating. The Corcoran Group's Ashley Farrell and Lexie Schrage held the listing for the property.
