s Kendall Jenner's life has evolved, so too has her approach to interior design. A look at the progression of her homes reveals a transformation from neutral, modern spaces to vibrant, eclectic abodes that reflect her personality and style.

    Jenner's first home, a Beverly Hills condo purchased in 2014, was a sleek and contemporary oasis with an all-white palette punctuated by bold pops of pattern. However, she soon outgrew the space, citing inadequate closet storage as a major issue. After listing the apartment for $1.6 million, Jenner eventually sold it for $1.4 million in December 2017.

    Her next home, a Hollywood Hills estate acquired in July 2016, was a more substantial upgrade that checked all her boxes: a pool, outdoor spaces, and ample room to entertain. Although she hired designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to help with the interior, Jenner's stint at the property was short-lived due to a stalking incident and burglary that resulted in significant losses. She sold the estate for $6.85 million just one year after moving in.

    In 2017, Jenner purchased her current Los Angeles residence, a Spanish-style structure built in 1991, for $8.55 million. The reality star tapped Kathleen and Tommy Clements, along with Waldo Fernandez, to transform the abode into a serene oasis that reflects her bohemian and funky style. Over time, Jenner has added vintage touches, converted an art studio into a plush theater, and switched out furniture pieces to create a space that feels like a true reflection of herself.

    As for what's next, it appears Jenner is embarking on a new project: a completely custom-built home in which she's collaborated with Seattle-based designer Heidi Caillier. Although details are still sparse, the model has shared glimpses of the property's progress, including a lime green tiled shower and dark green wood paneling. We can't wait to see the finished product.
