A
Key Biscayne mansion, listed for $26.5 million, has secured a buyer, making it the top residential contract in Miami-Dade County last week. The 8,031-square-foot, six-bedroom home at 180 Cape Florida Drive features a new build from 2018 with luxury amenities like a boat lift, dock, and wine cellar.     The sale is part of nine contracts marked between September 30 and October 6, totaling over $76.6 million in asking dollar volume. The second most expensive home to enter into contract is a non-waterfront estate in Pinecrest, listed at $12 million. A luxury condo at Jade Signature in Sunny Isles Beach also made the list, priced at just under $5 million.
