yan Lilly, vice president of business banking at Citizens Bank in Mukwonago, joined in 2015 now manages a $250 million portfolio. Over past year he financed 1.4 million square feet of commercial property. In 2021 he earned WBD’s “Elite Lender” title for securing SBA 504 loans for ten local firms. Within the bank he is the expert and has mentored five newcomers to commercial banking, says VP Stefanie Bonesteel. President Jeff Standafer notes Lilly’s leadership shines through strong relationships he builds; clients brokers choose him and refer others because of trust he has earned. He serves as treasurer on the board of Easterseals Southeast Wisconsin and is a Kiwanis Club of Mukwonago member.
