K
PC Development has broken ground on a $300 million hotel in Inglewood, situated within Stan Kroenke's sprawling Hollywood Park and SoFi Stadium development. The 12-story, 300-room Kali Hotel will be the only lodge within the complex, with a groundbreaking ceremony set for October 22. The luxury boutique hotel is being built by Corona-based KPC Group, led by Dr. Kali Chaudhuri, on land leased from Kroenke Holdings.

The hotel's design, courtesy of Lamar Johnson Collaborative, features glass sides resembling fish scales and will be operated by Marriott as part of the Autograph Collection. Completion is expected by Spring 2026, in time for the 2026 World Cup, the 2027 Super Bowl, and the 2028 Summer Olympics.

The hotel's 34 suites, ranging from 800 to 1,200 square feet, will cater to sports and entertainment VIPs visiting nearby SoFi Stadium, YouTube Theater, Intuit Dome, and the Kia Forum. The property will also feature a pool, yoga deck, spa, fitness center, three restaurants, bars, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and an underground garage for 315 cars.

A signature rooftop restaurant and bar will offer stunning views of the stadium, surrounding landscape, and planes taking off from nearby LAX. The hotel grounds will include a bronze sculpture of jockey Bill Shoemaker riding Swaps, winner of the 1955 Kentucky Derby. KPC Group has built various commercial properties in India and California, including hospitals and office campuses, and plans to expand its hospitality portfolio with future projects.
