Founded by her grandfather Ray Watt in 1947 as a home builder for troops, Watt Cos. has evolved under her leadership. Prior to becoming CEO in January 2020, Watt served as president and spearheaded a strategic reorganization in 2011 that shifted the company's focus from traditional property management to acquisitions, development, and joint ventures.
