terling Bay's managing principal and chief design officer, Matt Menna, has set a new benchmark for home sales in La Grange. He and his wife, Courtney, sold their 6,000-square-foot home at 200 South Stone Avenue for $3.15 million, or $525 per square foot, significantly higher than the $153 per square foot they paid in 2011.

    This sale marks the highest known public transaction for a single-family home in La Grange, surpassing the previous record of $2.42 million. The Mennas' home features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and extensive renovations, including a main level with three fireplaces, a pizza oven, and wood flooring, as well as a basement equipped with a gym, wine cellar, and movie theater.

    Matt Menna's influence in the real estate industry extends beyond his personal sales. As a principal at Sterling Bay since 2010, he has played a key role in shaping transformative projects like Lincoln Yards and developments in the Fulton Market District. His design expertise also spans national projects, including Victory Ranch near Park City, Utah.

    Michael Collins and Ellyn Collins of Coldwell Banker Realty represented the Mennas, while Compass broker Saulius Galinskas represented the buyer, who remains anonymous.
