s chair of North American Brokerage for Savills Inc., a London-based real estate property advisor, Sullivan oversees the company's growth in California. He joined Savills in 1986 and previously served as vice chair and Western Region lead, setting goals for its seven West Coast offices. A seasoned negotiator, Sullivan has represented clients such as Comcast, Westfield Corp., and several law firms in lease negotiations. He earned his MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and is a graduate of California State University, Northridge.
