Founded in 1904, DAUM is one of Los Angeles' oldest companies and claims to be the city's first commercial real estate brokerage firm, having facilitated over 6,500 company entries into the LA market. With nearly four decades of involvement with DAUM, Nubel has held top-producing salesperson roles as well as president and chief executive since 1993. He is an affiliate of ONCOR International and a member of the Association for Industrial Real Estate (AIR).
