oglia serves as the chief executive and chief investment officer of Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc., a leading real estate firm based in Pasadena. He took on the CEO role in July 2022, while assuming the CIO position in September 2023. Prior to this, he held co-CEO and co-CIO positions within the company.

    Before joining Alexandria, Moglia worked as an analyst for Lennar Partners Inc., where he was responsible for underwriting and structuring direct and joint venture real estate investments. His background also includes experience with Kenneth Leventhal & Co.'s Real Estate Group in Management Advisory Services.

    Moglia is involved with several organizations, including the boards of Nareit Advisory, Team Prime Time, and Chaminade College Preparatory.
