ecimer is the CEO and owner of Overton Moore Properties, a commercial real estate development company based in Torrance. Since joining the company in 2000, he has overseen the acquisition and development of over 30 million square feet of property across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. In recent years, the company has made significant investments, including a $210 million purchase last year. Tecimer brings extensive experience to his role, having spent 12 years with Trammell Crow Co. before joining Overton Moore. He is also active in various industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the Young Presidents Organization. Additionally, he serves on the Ziman Center for Real Estate at UCLA's Anderson School of Management, where he earned an MBA in 1989.
