‑Acoustics has launched a global Real Estate division, headed by Gérald Yven as Global Real Estate Director. The move aligns the company’s physical spaces with its audio‑technology excellence, creating environments that nurture innovation, collaboration, and well‑being for employees, partners, and visiting artists worldwide.
The new division will manage all major real‑estate initiatives—from site acquisition and renovations to the design and construction of specialized L‑Acoustics spaces such as Creative Studios and Showrooms. By centralising strategy, the company ensures consistent brand identity and operational standards across every location.
Co‑CEO Hervé Guillaume said the division is “critical to our growth trajectory.” He added that a unified real‑estate approach guarantees that every facility, from the headquarters to international studios, reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and provides an optimal setting for teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Beyond facility management, the division handles strategic site selection and development worldwide. Standardised practices improve service delivery for the global network of partners and clients.
Key achievements so far include:
* Opening a global corporate office in Massy, France, freeing the original Marcoussis site for R&D.
* Launching an L‑Acoustics Creative Studio in Rock Lititz, where engineers refine mixing techniques using L‑ISA immersive technology.
* Expanding production facilities in France and Germany.
* Opening a second Innovation Center in London.
* Enhancing the Westlake Village headquarters for comfort and efficiency.
* Installing solar panels on all French company‑owned buildings, aiming for net‑zero energy use.
Yven, with a background in finance and project management at Generali and Unibail‑Rodamco‑Westfield, leads a team that includes Nassieba Adref, Head of Maintenance Operations, who oversees daily facility operations worldwide, and Camille Bertrand, Real Estate Project Manager, who directs major renovation and new‑space projects.
“Our centralized strategy creates collaborative, innovative, and healthy spaces,” Yven explained. “We also prioritise responsible facility management, reducing waste and optimising spend, ensuring every decision balances sustainability with the needs of the global audio community.”
Looking ahead, the Real Estate division will continue to design inspiring environments for partners and clients. From cutting‑edge studios that let engineers experience the latest audio technology to collaborative spaces that spark innovation, every L‑Acoustics location will strengthen the global audio community and advance the art and science of sound.
