he Lake Houston-Humble-Kingwood region saw a notable dip in home sales last March, with 58 fewer transactions compared to the same period in 2024. A closer look at the data reveals a mixed bag of trends across the six ZIP codes that make up this area.
While three ZIP codes witnessed an uptick in median home prices, the other three experienced a decline. The average days on market also lengthened for most areas, except for 77044 and 77345 where homes sold at a brisker pace.
A significant majority of homes – over 62% – fell within the $200,000-$399,999 price range, underscoring the region's preference for mid-range properties.
