he 17th annual Boulder Valley Real Estate Conference is scheduled for November 21 at the Embassy Suites in Boulder. Early-bird registration ends on October 21 at 11:59 p.m., with a fee of $75 until then, increasing to $85 after.
Real estate professionals can earn seven continuing-education credits through BoLo Realtors and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. The conference will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and feature sessions on residential and commercial real estate trends.
Keynote speaker Lawrence Yun, chief economist with the National Association of Realtors, will discuss national trends in real estate and mortgage markets. Other sessions include:

* Investor Analysis: How national investors view the Boulder market compared with other regions
