Lathrop GPM Announces Expanded Real Estate Practice Group and Leadership Changes

athrop GPM is proud to announce the formation of its expanded Real Estate Practice Group and leadership changes in its Real Estate and Financial Services practices. Jennifer Johnson will lead the firm's newly expanded Real Estate Practice Group, while Monique Jewett-Brewster will assume leadership of the Financial Services Practice Group.

    Johnson, a seasoned commercial real estate attorney with extensive domestic and international experience, will oversee a team of nearly 50 attorneys providing comprehensive services in commercial real estate transactions. Jewett-Brewster, a former Hopkins Carley partner, becomes the first African American to lead a Lathrop GPM practice group. With over two decades of experience advising creditor clients in insolvency law, she is passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

    The appointments are part of the successful 2024 combination of Lathrop GPM and Hopkins Carley, designed to strengthen the firm's national position. "We are thrilled to welcome Jennifer and Monique to these key leadership roles," said Cameron Garrison, Managing Partner of Lathrop GPM.
