ehi Real Estate Update: June 2025
Here's a snapshot of the Lehi real estate market as of June 2025:
Home sales have slowed slightly, with 116 homes sold in June compared to 120 last year. The average home price has increased to $694,660, up from $638,401 in 2024. The median home price is now at $624,000, a significant jump from the previous year's $539,000.
Homes are taking longer to sell, with an average of 56 days on the market compared to 33 last year. However, the average square footage has increased to 3,012 sq. ft., and the price per square foot is now at $239.38.
The most expensive home sold in June was a stunning property with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and over 6,397 sq. ft. on .45 acres, priced at $1,953,800. On the other end of the spectrum, the least expensive home sold was a condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,233 sq. ft., priced at $328,000.
Currently, there are 270 existing homes and 82 new construction listings available in Lehi. A notable trend is that 88 listings are over $1 million, indicating a strong demand for high-end properties.
