EOS Developments has unveiled a £1 billion master‑planned community in Dubai’s Wadi Al Safa 5, part of the Dubailand district. The project sits just 16 minutes from Downtown Dubai, offering a resort‑style lifestyle while linking residents to the city’s key hubs.

Dubai’s wellness‑real‑estate market is projected to grow from £105 million in 2024 to about £6.4 billion by 2027, reflecting the emirate’s focus on health, sustainability and lifestyle.
