A
44-year-old Rogersville woman, Olivia Muse Hollon, has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies in connection with a complex real estate fraud scheme. Authorities claim she used forged documents, false identities, and fake financial information to try to acquire ownership of several homes in Limestone County.

Hollon, a convicted felon with a history of fraud-related offenses, allegedly submitted filings under fake names and non-existent bank accounts. An investigation was launched in June after a tip raised suspicions about real estate activity in the area. After reviewing documents and executing subpoenas, officials identified Hollon as the primary suspect and arrested her at a business in Morgan County.

"The perpetrators of financial crimes often leave behind a trail of evidence," said Limestone County Sheriff Joshua McLaughlin. "Thanks to our investigators' diligent work, this scheme was uncovered and stopped before more harm could be done."

Hollon faces charges including attempted theft, forgery, and identity theft. She is being held in the Limestone County Detention Facility pending a bond hearing, with additional charges possible as the case unfolds.
